Jenny founded Hagman Golf in 1997, and today the company is called Train For Balance, which includes the training concept that Jenny works with as well as an online training center (trainforbalance.newzenler.com)

Jenny is a licensed Mental Trainer, holds a degree in Business Administration (Handelshögskolan Gothenburg and a Bachelor of Science from UCF, USA), and is a certified MediYoga and Mindfulness therapist. Jenny has been a professional golf player and is also a PGA-licensed golf instructor, personal trainer, and has completed several coaching courses. In June 2018, she released her first training book, ”Proud, Strong, and Confident – A Book on Holistic Training for Golfers”, and since 2016 she has been running the Sports and Leadership Podcast.

She was one of the main coaches for Swedish Golf between 2005-2009, during which she wrote training articles and recorded training videos for the magazine and golf.se. She has worked as a salesperson, marketing manager, and operational CEO for several years, and today she combines her experiences to coach athletes,  individuals and companies in personal development  and leadership with a focus on body- and mind training. All her tools and programs are based on research and well tested through her own clients for the past 25 years. Jenny gives lectures on topics such as Mental Strength for Peak Performance and Well-being, The Basics of Mental Training, and How to Train Your Body and Mind to Achieve Balance. Jenny is married, has two children, and lives in Stockholm.

Jenny has been playing golf since she was 11 years old and turned professional in 1997 after playing college golf for the University of Central Florida in the USA. Jenny continued to combine her studies with playing professional golf and later became a coach (PGA licensed since 2004). Today, she shares her tips and advice at  Danderydsgatan 2 in Stockholm, where she primarily works with holistic training (programs combining technical, mental, and physical training). Our vision is to run a valuable business that contributes to increasing well-being and performance through mental training for as many people as possible in Sweden and internationally.

Missions

The assignments can vary, but the common denominator is always to strengthen each individual mentally and enhance their understanding that well-being and performance are interconnected.

The work takes place with companies, associations, and individuals through lectures, courses, or individual sessions.

The training focuses on inner leadership, where both body and mind are trained from the ground up to ensure long-term sustainability, using proven exercises and tools from mental training, mindfulness, and medical yoga.

Sustainability and Giving back

By focusing on strengthening each individual we meet from the inside out, and increasing each person’s ability to understand what we need to feel and function well, we can contribute to making the world a better place. When you feel good, you do good, and this creates a ripple effect that spreads to everyone you meet.

We support various organizations with the same focus. For example, all families involved with Ajabajacancer can access several relaxation yoga sessions with Jenny at no cost. We also support Unicef, Barnfonden, and UNHCR with monthly contributions.

The Podcast – Idrott-och ledarskapspodden

The Sports and Leadership Podcast is the podcast I started in 2016 with the aim of spreading knowledge and inspiration to all listeners about how to perform at your best and feel good along the way, keys to success, and lessons learned from mistakes.
