Retreats and courses for wellbeing, self development and peak performance
Jenny organizes several retreats, weekend courses, and training trips every year, and below you can see them in chronological order. The trips, courses, and retreats include training and coaching with Jenny, with a focus on the whole experience. Sometimes, the training weekends are arranged with another coach. The destinations and facilities are carefully selected based on Jenny’s experiences from her years in the education and travel industry. Currently, retreats and training events are only planned in Sweden, but look out for retreats in both Europe and US in the near future. Below you can find the dates and locations for 2024 and 2025.

Evian August 2024 and 2025
Jenny is finally back at Evian Resort and will organize Golf & Yoga retreats for smaller groups in 2024 and 2025. We just concluded an event in august so look out for new dates for 2025. We look forward to see you hear in the near future.
Golf & Yoga Retreat Smådalarö Gård
During 2024, Jenny has included a new resort for her Golf & Yoga Retreat; Smådalarö Gård, located in the archepelago of Stockholm. The resort has a beautiful location, a wonderful 9 hole course, and the service is excellent. Jenny will coach you on the course, guide you in 2 yogasessions and the retreat also include a seminar in mental training. Warm welcome and new dates for 2025 will come soon.
Course in Mental training and MediYoga 16-17/11
”Warmly welcome to this weekend focused on mental training, medical yoga, and self-healing. We will be at my studio on Danderydsgatan 2 in Stockholm, and during the weekend, we will cover the basics of mental training as well as mental strength training, which includes focus, concentration, and attitude training. Alongside this research-based training, you will also gain knowledge about the body’s self-healing abilities through medical yoga sessions, the science of food as medicine, and how to activate your immune system through practical exercises, with a focus on the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system. You will learn how to incorporate good routines into your daily life that are sustainable in the long term.
We will alternate between theory and exercises (you will receive a Workbook with all the exercises), along with 5 medical yoga sessions focusing on your back, focus, self-confidence, and inner strength. Contact Jenny for info about the program and for any questions.
