Warm welcome to Train for Balance and Jenny Hagman who coaches you to reach balance, mental strength and presence through Mental training, MediYoga and Mindfulness. We work with companies, organizations, leaders, golfers and athletes and train you to activate your full potential.
We train you to sustainable performance through Stress Management, Self awareness and Mental toughness training with focus on mind, body and heart using the research based methods; Integrated Mental Training, Mindfulness and MediYoga. The training will increase your ability to focus, be present, dealing with nervousness and fear and how to stay calm under pressure. Jenny is a mental coach, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher within sports and leadership and has over 25 years of experience as a coach. Her focus is body, mind and heart and all of them are integrated in the methods and training she works with. Jenny is a certified mental trainer and she also has an MBA in Economics and has worked within the business environment as a CEO and marketing manager for over 7 years. She is a former golf professional and a PGA licensed trainer. In 2018 she released her first book ”Strong, Proud and Confident, a book about holistic training for golfers” who is now translated to english. Since 2016 she also run the podcast ”Idrott-och ledarskapspodden” (The sports-and leadership podcast).

Since 2016, Jenny has produced the podcast Idrott-och ledarskapspodden – The Sports -and leadership podcast. Season 19 is about to start and so far you can find 141 episodes to listen to. Each episode is about mental training and how to increase your wellbeing AND your performance at work, in your sport or in your everyday life as a parent, partner, child or grandparent.
