Regardless of where you are a leader, you are always a leader for yourself, and that is where leadership begins. It’s about being able to lead yourself in the direction you desire, as the person you want to be, with well-being as the foundation. The basics of mental training focus precisely on this: Understanding what you need to both feel and function well, as an individual, an athlete in a company, or in a team. Material & Workbook

During the training, you will receive a Workbook containing all the exercises, where you can track your progress. In it, you’ll complete an initial self-assessment and record your reflections along the way. The material also includes 4 audio files with mental training programs

The program

The program is tailored to your desired outcomes and needs. You will undergo foundational mental training, accompanied by exercises and the specific training you need to strengthen your leadership from the inside out. To complete the foundational mental training, 5 sessions are recommended. Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and includes exercises and a summary after each meeting.

About Jenny’s Coaching

Have you lost motivation in your job? Do you get nervous when competing or performing in other ways? Have you been playing golf for a long time without reaching your goals? Are stress and demands overtaking your ambitions and joy? Do you get easily stressed and find it hard to think clearly when things heat up around you? It is incredibly important to periodically pause and review your current situation while also going through your goals and dreams to ensure you are in a place where you want to be. Taking a moment to ask yourself if you are doing what you need to feel and function well is crucial. You have the inner strength you need within you, but sometimes we lose motivation and direction, and it can be helpful to get some guidance and training to get back on track.

Jenny works with mental training, focusing on integrated mental training and mindfulness-based mental training along with a coaching approach. The fundamentals of mental training are based on the SMAK factors, which, according to studies and research since the 1960s, are the success factors you need to train to perform at your best and feel good along the way. The SMAK factors (Self-image, Goal-setting, Attitude, and Emotional Training) were developed by Dr. Lars-Eric Uneståhl, and along with muscular and mental relaxation, these training methods and tools are the foundation of Jenny’s approach in her training with you. With a background as a professional athlete (golf), coach, marketing manager, and CEO, Jenny has extensive experience in both the sports world and business. Over the 22 years she has worked in these fields, she has developed an understanding of what works and what doesn’t. Through her education and accumulated experience, she now has a wealth of tools, exercises, and methods carefully selected to provide you with the highest impact for your well-being and performance.

Jenny works with companies, organizations, and individual clients and has also had the privilege of working with several athletes and artists over the years, most recently with the rock band Rammstein, where she led a calming yoga session in preparation for their concert at Stadion.
